Please be advised that the power washing of the underground garage has been scheduled for next week beginning at 9AM on Monday – July 19, 2021. The schedule for work is as follows:
Monday July 19, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B1
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 1A – 52A MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Tuesday July 20, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B1
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 53A – 84A MUST BE MOVED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Wednesday July 21, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B1
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 85A – 137A MUST BE MOVED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Thursday July 22, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B2
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 1B – 63B MUST BE MOVED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Friday July 23, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B2
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 64B – 96B MUST BE MOVED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Saturday July 24, 2021 – POWER WASHING OF B2
VEHICLES IN SPOTS: 97B – 141B MUST BE MOVED OUTSIDE BY 9AM
Parking will be available in the Visitor Parking area and both Rental Parking areas (by the garage entrance and by the garbage/recycling bins). Security staff and management will be able to assist in guiding residents on where parking is available.
Please remember to remove all items that are stored (bicycles, tires, oil, etc. but not limited to). Storage of these items is illegal and against the Fire Code. Items which are not removed before the date of power washing will be disposed of at the responsibility of the resident.
