Garage Power Washing

Dear Residents of Place Royale,

This notice is to inform you that the Underground Parking Garage will be power washed on April 13th, 14th & 15th 2016 on B1 & B2 Levels. 

All vehicles must be removed from the underground parking before 9:00am to facilitate the power washing. 

Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm 

- The Parking Garage will be thoroughly cleaned and washed
- B1 & B2 levels of the Parking Garage will be swept on Wednesday April 13th 
- Both Levels will be washed on April 13th & 14th
- All items stored in the parking spaces are to be removed by the owners prior to cleaning by April 12th, 2016. Anything left behind will be disposed of at the owner’s expense 
- Parking authorization from the city on Arista Way & Mississauga Valley Blvd have been approved 
- Oil stain spot treatment will be charged back to the unit owners

We are requesting that you give this matter serious attention.

Carpet Cleaning

Carpet Cleaning

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you that on April 18th and 19th hallway carpets will be shampooed on all floors. Thank you for your cooperation while cleaning crews are conducting their work. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the management office.

Security Cameras

Twenty-five (25) new IP High Definition Cameras have been installed on the G Level.    

Painting

B1 and B2 hallways and all doors have been painted. Let us keep the building beautiful by ensuring that the walls remain clean.  

Squash/Basketball Court

Now equipped with LED lighting.  

B1 and B2 Entrances

Now equipped with LED lighting.     

Gym

Now equipped with LED lighting.     

Pipes

Rusted and leaking pipes on B1 and B2 have been changed.  

Upcoming Work

Thank you for your continued courtesy and flexibility as work is being done to improve our building. Our Community is judged by each and every resident’s behavior and interaction.

Security Cameras

B1 Level: Twenty-five (25) new IP High Definition Cameras will be installed on the B1. Special attention will be placed on the Garage Entrance. New License Plate and Face Recognition Cameras will be installed in this area. 

Power Washing

The Underground Garage will be power washed on April 11th, 12th and 13th
Time: 09:00 – 6:00 pm daily
Parking already arranged with the City for Arista Way.  

Visitor Parking

The gate for Visitor Parking will be installed soon.
