He also has a wealth of experience in international relations and a strong media background. Having worked in Japan for over a decade he is trained in product improvement and efficiency management; in addition he speaks Japanese as his second language.

Val Dobrolevski
Vice-President, Building Maintenance

Val has a BSc in Economics. As a business owner he has provided services to large companies like Toronto Real Estate Board, Toronto District School Board. Toronto Transit Commission, IBM Canada, GE Healthcare and others. Val has extensive experience managing funds and budgets. Professional skills in IT - computer networking, data management and security.

Manny Dos Santos
Treasurer, Building Improvement

My education is in Business Management and Real Estate Sales, I have over the last 30 years either managed or owned a Pharmacy, I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 12 years and also have a Mortgage Agent license. I look forward to serve on the Board and to help make decisions that will make us all proud to make this building a pleasure to call Home.

Mohammad Farmanbar

I have been a resident of 3695 Kaneff Cres for over 20 years and have a good knowledge of building's history. My education is in Business Administration. In 2014 I was invited to join the Board of Directors and help with the current issues of the building. I look forward to be working with everyone to make Place Royale an even better place to live.

Barbara Tarrant

I have been an owner at 3695 Kaneff Cres since 2014. I am currently retired from my position as a Senior Vice President with an International Insurance Brokerage. My experience as an owner in the past years has been very positive. I am very familiar with the management team and feel it is now time to “give back”. Therefore I am offering my services as a Board Member. I have had previous condominium board experience. I feel that I can contribute, not only as a owner, but by bringing my professional experience to the board for the benefit of all owners.
