Garage Washing - Level B1
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that Level B1 garage pressure washing has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To allow for proper cleaning, all concerned residents are required to vacate their parking spots as follows:
All personal belongings – before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026
Vehicles – before 9:00 a.m. on the scheduled date
This includes, but is not limited to, bicycles, oil containers, storage bins, tires, and any other personal items.
IMPORTANT: Any items not removed prior to the scheduled cleaning will be removed without notice. Management and staff will not be responsible for any lost, missing, or removed items. We will not store or track down any belongings left behind.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while these essential maintenance improvements are being completed.
