Greetings from the Board & Management

We extend our warm greetings to all residents this spring season. As we transition into warmer weather, we remain committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-managed community. We appreciate your continued cooperation and wish everyone a pleasant spring.


Amenities Opening for the Season

As the spring season begins, building amenities will be opened for residents’ use on a scheduled basis. Each facility will become available on different dates as final maintenance and preparations are completed. Residents are kindly requested to follow all posted rules and booking guidelines.


Tennis Court

Residents are kindly requested to respect booking times and limit play sessions to a reasonable duration. Please bring your own equipment and ensure the court is left clean and ready for the next user. The facility will be opening soon, and a notice will be posted with further details. Enjoy the facility and stay active.


BBQ Area


BBQ facilities will be available by booking only. We are pleased to inform residents that a new barbecue has been installed for your enjoyment. Residents are kindly asked to keep the area clean after use and ensure it is left in good condition for the next user. Please be considerate of others and share the facility fairly. The BBQ area will be opening on Friday, May 1, 2026. Enjoy the season and happy barbecuing!


Car Wash Station


Please bring your own cleaning supplies and ensure the area is left clean for the next resident. Be courteous and share the space fairly. The facility will be opening on Friday, May 1, 2026. Happy washing!


Upcoming Projects and Maintenance Works

Further details, including schedules and any required resident actions for the following committed work, will be communicated through posted notices and signage by Management closer to each project date.


Windows Cleaning


Seasonal window cleaning will be carried out to maintain the building’s appearance and ensure clear, well-maintained windows for all residents.

Impact: Contractors will be working on the exterior of the building; some noise may be expected.
Resident Action: All windows must remain closed, and window screens must be removed during the cleaning process to allow proper access for contractors.


Garage Pressure Washing


The underground garage will undergo pressure washing to improve overall cleanliness and safety.

Impact: Temporary parking restrictions will be in effect during scheduled cleaning times.
Resident Action: Vehicles must be moved as per posted notices to allow full access. Kindly remove all personal belongings (e.g., tires, pipes, etc.) in advance.


Asphalt Repairs - Underground Garage Entrance

Repairs will be completed at the entrance to the underground garage to address surface wear and ensure safe access.

Impact: Temporary partial or full closure of the garage entrance may occur.
Resident Action: Please follow all posted signage and use alternate access routes if directed.


Swimming Pool - Minor Upgrade

A small upgrade to the swimming pool area will be carried out to improve functionality and enhance the overall resident experience.

Impact: Some minor work activity may be visible in the pool area during scheduled times.
Resident Action: Please follow any posted signage or directions from Management.


Carpet Cleaning

Common area carpets will be professionally cleaned to maintain cleanliness and extend their lifespan.

Impact: A light cleaning odour may be present for a short period following cleaning.
Resident Action: Please follow any posted signage or directions from Management.


Air Conditioning Start-Up & Suite Responsibility

As warmer weather has begun, the building’s air conditioning system has been turned on. Residents are reminded to ensure proper maintenance of their fan coil units, including cleaning the drain hose, emptying the drip pan/tray, and replacing air filters as needed.

Note: Any issues related to heating or cooling within the suite are the responsibility of the unit owner. This includes the fan coil unit and thermostat located within your suite.

Windows Cleaning

 Windows Cleaning


Dear Residents,

Please be advised that window cleaning of the building will start on Monday May 4th, 2026, and is expected to take approximately two weeks. The contractors will be working from 8:30am to 5:00pm each day during this period.

We kindly ask all residents to remove their window screens during this time to allow the contractors to properly clean all windows.

We thank you for your understanding and patience. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.
