Construction
Work at the front of the garage entrance will start back in May. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting the building.
LED Lights
Lights in the B1 and B2 have been replaced with High Efficiency LED lighting. Expected savings in hydro cost for the garage area are >50%. LED lighting is area focused as such Place Royale Board of Directors will be adding extra lights to areas that need further illumination. (Important) Based on reports from Security the lighting has increased the quality of the cameras footage in all areas. This increased quality improves the security of the building.

Fancoil Maintenance
As a courtesy the Corporation provides an inspection, cleaning and change of filter service. Residents can opt out of this service. Access to your suite will be necessary.

BBQ
The BBQ will be available from May 01st. There is a procedure to utilize this amenity; please check with Security or the Management for details. Kindly clean the Grill so that the next person can enjoy the amenity.
Toilet Replacement Program
Toilet Replacement Program has been very successful with approximately 20 suites taking advantage of the service. The service is still available; please contact the Management Office to have your toilets replaced.
Air-condition Filters
You can now purchase two filters for $4.00 at the Management Office. Changing regularly your filters keeps the air in your suite clean and reduces fancoil maintenance and repair costs.
