Location: BBQ Area at the back of the building
- We will be serving vegetarian burgers
- All meats will be Halal
- We will be serving Chicken products
- We will also be barbecuing vegetables
- And of course there will be music

This is to notify you that the Annual General Meeting of the Owners of

WILL BE HELD ON JULY 24, 2014
At the following location and time for purposes outlined in the Agenda:

Hurontario St. / Burhamthorpe Rd.
TIME
Registration will open at 6:30pm
Meeting will commence at 7:00pm - sharp
NOTES
1. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please ensure that you give your completed proxy to someone to represent your interests.
2. Only Owners whose names appear on the Corporation Register are entitled to attend the meeting. One (1) vote per unit shall count when establishing quorum and voting.
3. Other persons may be invited to attend the meeting at the sole discretion of the Chair.
4. Pursuant to Section 49(1) of the Condominium Act, S.O. 1998, c. 19, only Owners not more than thirty (30) days in arrears of common expenses as of the date of the meeting are entitled to vote.
