Garage Pressure Washing
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that Garage Pressure Washing is scheduled for the following dates:
- Tuesday, August 19th – Level B1
- Thursday, August 21st – Level B2
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
MANDATORY ACTION REQUIRED:
To allow for proper cleaning, all residents are required to remove ALL personal belongings from their parking spots before 9:00 AM on the scheduled day. This includes, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- Bicycles
- Tires
- Oil containers
- Storage bins
- Any other personal items
IMPORTANT:
Any items not removed prior to the scheduled cleaning will be discarded without notice.
Management and staff will not be responsible for lost, missing, or discarded items. We will not store or track down any items left behind. Please do not ask the management for misplaced or removed belongings - it is the resident’s responsibility to clear their space beforehand.
Vehicles must also be removed from the affected level before 9:00 AM.
