Dear Residents,

Please be advised that line painting work will take place in the B2 Level of the Parking Garage on 28 August 2025, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To allow for this work to be completed safely and efficiently, all residents who park on B2 must move their vehicles during this time. You may use the Visitor Parking or make alternative arrangements through the Security Desk to park outside the B2 Garage.

IMPORTANT: VEHICLES LEFT IN B2 GARAGE WILL NOT BE PAINTED AROUND. UNIT OWNERS WHO DO NOT MOVE THEIR VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING FEE.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance.

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that Garage Pressure Washing is scheduled for the following dates:

- Tuesday, August 19th – Level B1

- Thursday, August 21st – Level B2

- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

MANDATORY ACTION REQUIRED:

To allow for proper cleaning, all residents are required to remove ALL personal belongings from their parking spots before 9:00 AM on the scheduled day. This includes, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

- Bicycles

- Tires

- Oil containers

- Storage bins

- Any other personal items

IMPORTANT:

Any items not removed prior to the scheduled cleaning will be discarded without notice.

Management and staff will not be responsible for lost, missing, or discarded items. We will not store or track down any items left behind. Please do not ask the management for misplaced or removed belongings - it is the resident’s responsibility to clear their space beforehand.

Vehicles must also be removed from the affected level before 9:00 AM.

Your cooperation is essential to ensure this process runs smoothly and efficiently for everyone. If you have any questions, please contact management prior to the scheduled dates. Thank you for your attention.

Please be advised that major ROOF REPAIR WORK is scheduled to begin on
Thursday, June 19, 2025

This is a significant LONG-TERM REPAIR PROJECT aimed at improving the overall condition of the building and ensuring long-term comfort and protection for all residents. During this time, you may experience some noise and increased activity during working hours.

IMPORTANT: ELEVATOR USE DURING ROOF WORK

As part of the project, the contractors will require frequent and ongoing use of one elevator to transport materials and equipment to the roof. Elevator availability may be LIMITED at times.

Residents planning moves, large deliveries, or extended elevator use must book with the Security well in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts or delays. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as these important improvements are carried out.

We will be pressure washing the garage areas soon. Notices from Management will indicate cleaning dates - please move vehicles and belongings in advance.

Catch Basin Cleaning

Scheduled Catch Basin cleaning will take place to maintain proper drainage. Management will post signage - please avoid parking near drains during the work period.

BBQ Area Opening

Get ready to fire up the grill! The BBQ area will officially open for the season on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Please keep the area clean after use and be considerate of other residents so everyone can enjoy the space. Enjoy the season, and happy grilling!

Tennis Court 

The Tennis Court will officially open for the season on Wednesday, May 14, 2025! Please respect other residents' time by keeping your play sessions to a reasonable length. Bring your own equipment and ensure the court is left clean and ready for the next player. Enjoy the game and stay active!

Car Wash Bay Opening

The Car Wash Bay will officially be available for residents starting Wednesday, May 14, 2025! Please bring your own cleaning supplies and ensure the area is left clean for the next resident. Be courteous and share the space fairly. Happy washing!
