Notice - Building Heating

 Building Heating

To ALL RESIDENTS:

We are writing to inform all residents that there is a fluctuation in the heating system and technicians are working to solve the issue. 

This fluctuation will affect the distribution of heat to fan-coils in suites and hallways. The heat for the swimming pool will also be affected. 

This issue is a priority and should be solved soon. If you require a small heater for additional heat, please see the Management Office. Priority will be given to seniors and persons with small children.

Garage Door Replacement

Important

The Garage Door to the underground parking will be replaced on November 08th 2022. 

As such the Garage entrance/exit will be CLOSED from: 

8:00AM to 5:00PM on November 8th, 2022

Residents can park in Visitors' Parking until the work has been completed.
