Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the building's heating system will be activated on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025.

Reminder: Any issues related to heating or cooling within the suite is the own responsibility of the unit owner. This includes the thermostat and fan coil unit(s) in your suite.

We thank you for your understanding and patience in waiting for the heat to be turned on. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

Should you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Management Office or the Concierge.

Line Painting - B2 Garage

Line Painting - B2 Garage


Dear Residents,

Please be advised that line painting work will take place in the B2 Level of the Parking Garage on 28 August 2025, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

To allow for this work to be completed safely and efficiently, all residents who park on B2 must move their vehicles during this time. You may use the Visitor Parking or make alternative arrangements through the Security Desk to park outside the B2 Garage.

IMPORTANT: VEHICLES LEFT IN B2 GARAGE WILL NOT BE PAINTED AROUND. UNIT OWNERS WHO DO NOT MOVE THEIR VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING FEE.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance.
